Located in Texas, Octagon is an alright beach setup that breaks over a sandy bottom. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 100 meters providing some mushy sections for longboarders, although it can get peaky on the inside at times for the short boarders.

What are the best surf conditions for Octagon?

Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard most days and a shortboard if the conditions line up. The break is suitable for all levels of surfer.
