More on Terry’s Cove

Located in Alabama, Terry’s Cove is an alright pier setup that breaks over a sand bottom. The waves here are simple to surf and break for up to 100 meters providing some decent sections for turns and sometimes barrels if the swell is big.

What are the best surf conditions for Terry’s Cove?

Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here usually has something to ride (5/10) and is generally uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the Northwest. The best swells are from the East, South, Southeast, and Southwest. Works on all tides.
