Located on the East coast of Florida, Main Beach is a fun beachie that breaks over a sand bottom. The waves here are challenging and can break for 50 meters, barreling quick and hard. Works best on high tides when the outside bar isn’t filtering the energy.
What are the best surf conditions for Main Beach?
Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard here when the waves are on. The beach is best suited for intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and will generally have a crew on it (7/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the East, North, Northeast, South, and Southeast. Works best on high tides.
