Located on the East coast of Florida, 40th Street is an OK beachie that breaks over a sand bottom. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 100 meters providing some great sections for manoeuvres.

Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller here and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is suited to all levels of surfer. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and is generally uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the Northeast. works on all tides.
