The hosts of Telos Surfing Village have been living and surfing the Telo Islands, which are located between Nias and the Mentawais, for over 8 years. Their remarkable knowledge of every reef, rock and beach break, every tide, swell and wind direction, will guarantee you get the most out of the region. There are over 18 waves in the region with Pasti, Lobang and Nagadens being right out the front of the Telos Surfing Village. 12 of the waves are only 20 minutes away by boat, leaving only 3 over an hour away.
A maximum of 12 Guests of Telos Surfing Village can have access to surf; Pasti, Nagadens, Ibua, Kiri, Baga, Mibis, Bilakan, Lado-Lado, Bahaia, Rahasia, Cewek’s, Rokok’s, Tangguh, Tantang, Tantra, Jauh, Facas and SHHHHHH waves.
There are four, two storey bungalows within the village and the each have an outside western-style flushing toilet with running water and a hot and cold shower in a separate room.  All bungalows enjoy sea breezes and the shade of the coconut trees complimented by wi-fi access available from 5pm till 12am for an extra charge (Alternatively you may wish to purchase a local SIM for your unlocked phone at a nearby village). There is a central safe in the Telos Surfing Village to keep your valuables protected.
On the first floor of each bungalow is a hangout area and outside deck and two kingsize bedrooms large enough for two couples. The beds have cotton sheets, mosquito nets and individual fans.
On the second story the occupants enjoy 360 degree views, one large kingsize bed with cotton sheets, a mosquito net, and an overhead ceiling fan.
All of the beds at Telos Surfing Village are designed to enjoy views of the waves out the front and of the swells hitting nearby spots.
In addition to the four bungalows is the 3-story head quarters of the camp. The first floor (14 meters x 14 meters) is where the guests enjoy their included meals while discussing swell, wind and tide forecasts for the next session. The dining area on this level is open planned so that the guests can watch the great head chef Pai prepare the meals and appreciate the care and cleanliness. There are many more areas on this level to accommodate for all types of relaxing, including on the hammocks.
The second floor (10 meters by 10 meters) is completely open for your use, wether it be for yoga, training, stretching or relaxing.
The third floor has a 360 degree view of the village and it’s waves. This is the TV area of the village and is where the guests review their surfing photos for the day taken by the in-house photographer. When not choosing their favourite surf photos, residents of the village can be entertained by the DVD collection and satellite TV connection (CNN, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, MTV, ESPN and more).
If your not surfing or relaxing in the village, you might decide to go snorkeling, fishing or taking a walk to the local villages.
