The resort has been designed with the Balinese cultural influences combined with luxurious sophistication. A 27 meter pool is quaintly built hugging the rice terrace. Each villa is set in its own private garden, each with terrace and expanisve views of the tropical green foliage and the Balian Beach coastline. There are several Villa types from One Bedroom Villas, Two Bedrooms Villas, Three Bedrooms with private pool – and Honeymoon Suites. Down to the smallest details comfort and taste has been addressed. Furnishings include a wide variety of antiques Indonesian island. the villas are fashioned from natural materials of marble, teak and coconut wood and volcanic stone with stained glass windows.
On the other side of the Secret Bay Beach and close to the pool, is the resort’s beach-front bar and “Restaurant Naga.” Made with local organic produce and fresh seafood, the chef serves up daily delicacies from French, Indonesian, and Thai cuisines. Breads and Pastas are homemade. Signature cocktails are served to blazing sunset views.
Getting into relaxation and health, the yoga space set in paradise hosts retreats for small groups, seminars, and classes in yoga and meditation. The spa and massage room overlooks the surf of Balian Beach on one side, and the empty Mejan Beach on the other. A wide range of treatments are offered from Balinese massage to body scrubs and facials. One of Gajah Mina Resort’s two headlands is a protected wildlife refuge.
