My family stayed at this property in our 2nd night in Baguio City, and first things first, the reservation is terrible. Nov. 30, they called me to confirmed my reservation, and even told me to send an SMS details of the hotel address since I am not familiar of there location. Unfortunately, the I did not get an SMS confirmation. Dec. 1, they called up again to confirm my reservation, same goes on the day itself. I really frustrated and annoyed of the property keeps on calling you to confirm my reservation and guess what, they would even call you again in the evening, since we arrived past 9PM. I already told the reservations that we will arrived late night. Come on guys, learn to respect guest time and learn to understand one confirmation is enough.
Now, the check-in process, I was told that I can make a payment during check-out and I only need to provide the incidental fee. Now there is this guy, came in the scene and insisted to pay for the rooms. I told him that I will pay everything during check-out, but he really wants to process the payment right then and there. And I still deposited my incidental fee requirement. Can you not be kind enough not to waste our time, instead of a smooth check-in, it took us almost 20 minutes, and it was already pat 9PM. I felt insulted and discriminated, that this property will not let you in unless you pay, maybe especially because we were just wearing slippers?? Plus, when arrived from the taxi, the bellman did not assist us unless we really asked for help. Not proactive, and did not even attempt to help us.
Now, after a tiring, discriminating, and frustrating check-in process, we went out to get some food and tour around Baguio at night. When we went back to the hotel, the entrance was all dark, even the reception. They turned off the lights at the main lobby, the main entrance. No security, and I even have to call the attention the FO’s to get our key card.
Breakfast was okay, but again, not worth price, even the foods that they serve during breakfast. Not worth it for the 600 pesos.
Overall, not worth the prize, unhelpful staff, employees are not courteous and kind. They do not value guest. Better stay to an inexpensive hotel but has the better service.
