Located in Durham – Northumberland, England, Marske to Tees is a long stretch of fun beach breaks that are generally best for turns and hacks. The waves here are not super easy or difficult to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom. There is parking throughout the area, the beaches are broken up a mid point by Redcar Scars.
What are the best surf conditions for Marske to Tees?
Gets good between waist high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here if smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. All levels of surfer will have fun here. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and will generally be uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the South. The best swells are from the East, North, Northeast, and Southeast. Works on all tides.
