Booked for three nights, with the option to stay for an extra two if we’d like it. We stayed too long.
The photos are amazing and the property looks exactly as you expect and hope for. With that in mind and the feeling of doing a little bit more luxorious than the hotels before, we booked this place.
The food is nice, it has great ingredients and it’s presented nicely. You haven’t got much options to eat in closeby so we had a couple of lunches and diners over here. The pizza’s are really good (8-10usd) and the laffabread with chicken is great!
My big complaint, is the pricing. It’s just off. To give you a few examples..
– Extra’s on your pizza will cost you 1-3usd extra. For instance 3usd extra for arugola? Come on! On a price of 10usd, that’s just too much.
– Our breakfast was included (otherwise around 9-10usd), and if you’d wanted to go for the breakfast daily special (6usd), you’d have to pay 3usd extra. Ok.. why???
– Laundry is more expensive than any other country I’ve ever been. 12 pieces is 8usd.
– There is no complementary water. Okay, that’s fine. But a bottle of 1,5L is 3usd.
So sure. Most of these problems won’t arrise ifyou don’t want to buy extra’s on the pizza’s, if you stick to the breakfastmenu, if you don’t wish do laundry, and if you don’t drink water. But it’s a illustration of the lack of hospitality and the intent of making you pay.
Hospitality
If you’re looking for it. Go somewhere else. The staff in the kitchen and waiting the tables are sweet and nice. They’re really trying their best and they earn their credit.
The ‘managers’ or guys that are running the show, they lack emotion and they’ve got one incentive: money.
When you arrive, they greet you by asking you to pay upfront instead of welcoming you to the small paradise facade.
We’ve hung out at hostels/hotels nearby and the ambiance was much better. We preferred hanging around there.
It comes down to this. You’re a customer. Not a guest.

Looks really nice, but there was definately something wrong with the drain. Bad smell around the pool.
