Found in the Cactus Beach area in South Australia, Supertubes (named after its South African counterpart) is an excellent right reef break that detonates over a shallow rock shelf. The waves here can be pretty gnarly and break for up to 100 meters offering up barrels for anyone who can pull into them and keep up.
Gets good here between waist-high to triple overhead. We recommend riding a longboard, shortboard, step up, or gun when large here. Basically, anything that can make the drop and get you down the line. Supertubes is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers, even though it is the least intimidating wave in the area.
