Just meters from the beach, in the heart of the bustling village of Taghazout, L’Auberge offers clean, bright and thoughtfully decorated accommodation. Perfectly poised to watch the fishing boats come in and soak up the laid-back village atmosphere, staying at the Auberge is a unique Moroccan experience. The place also has a funky surfy decor, thanks to the owner’s interior design style, which is cool, rustic and eclectic.
L’Auberge offers a collection of 9 twin or double rooms and 3 triple rooms (two of which with ensuite). All the rooms are simple but clean, decorated in a modern Moroccan beach style and equipped with comfy beds. Each room also has its own personality and benefits from ocean view. There are shared bathrooms only, with two toilets and two showers on each floor.
The rooftop terraces, sun-filled balconies and buzzing restaurant below come together to give the Auberge a real-life community feel. The first floor features a lounge area with books and magazines, a free tea and coffee station, and a mini cinema with the latest films and surf videos. The roof-top offers panoramic views across the bay, a perfect spot to relax after a day of surfing.
